North West 200 Motorcycle Races,

Set amidst some of Northern Ireland's most stunning scenery, the famous North West 200 Motorcycle Races is the biggest sports biking event in Ireland. Competitors from all over the world race between Portrush, Portstewart and Coleraine on the legendary course known simply as the 'Triangle'. The race takes place on the Saturday but there is a full programme of family events during the week leading up to it including practice races on Tuesday and Thursday. This is considered by some to be the warm up race before the TT Races on the Isle of Man.
