Balticon

Balticon is a major event for the Baltimore Science Fiction Society, a literary and educational organisation, dedicated to the promotion of, and an appreciation for, science fiction in all of its many forms. It features continuous multi-track programming throughout the four-day weekend plus an art show, dealer's room and computer gaming room. There are panel discussions with SF professionals (writers, artists and agents), informal discussions among devoted fans, skill demonstrations, readings and performances.
